Effective 7/1/26, parking permit rates will be increased approximately 5% to support the development and construction of the new Bancroft Garage (opening August 2026).

Employees who are members of bargaining units whose contracts have expired (e.g., CX, IX, PA) will continue to pay the 2025-2026 permit rates until further notice.  (When purchasing parking permits on a pre-tax payroll deduction, the actual amount deducted will be adjusted down to the 2025-2026 permit prices.)

2026-2027 Annual Parking Permits via Credit Card Payments will be available for sale on 6/29/26.  Daily and Single-Month permits purchased on or before 6/30/26 will be subject to the current parking rates.  Daily and Single-Month permits purchased on or after 7/1/26 will be subject to the new parking rates.
